I have been a patient for about 17 years. Dr. Susan and her staff are awesome! I worked at a campground last year and needed a blue tooth enabled hearing device to go back to work for them this year. I was having problems understanding our campers who wanted to make reservations, on our office phones. I told Dr. Susan about this problem, and immediately she and her staff checked out many outlets, web, phone calls to other hearing offices, and to the office who make my hearing aides to find a device for me to use this year at the campground. After all their hard work they finally found a device called Resound Phone clip+, it works like a charm.! I am now able to understand my campers when they make reservations. They went far and beyond their normal service and greatly improved my quality of life and enabled me to pursue a retirement job that would otherwise have been very difficult. A great big thank you goes out to Dr. Susan and her staff.
