Beavercreek is the largest city in Greene County, Ohio, United States. The population was 46,549 at the 2020 census. Part of the Dayton metropolitan area, it is the second-largest suburb of Dayton. The Beavercreek area was settled in the early 1800s. A part of Beavercreek Township was incorporated and became the City of Beavercreek in February 1980. Many Beavercreek residents work at nearby Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
