Therapy for Individuals, Couples, And Families

Many people are in pain. They feel their own brokenness or have problems with their relationships. Others are concerned about their loved one's pain and suffering. People are haunted by past traumas that can't be erased. It complicates relationships. My clients' goals include not only relieving suffering but also developing healthy attitudes, behaviors, and mental health that will help them thrive. I strive to facilitate healing for my clients - healing within them and healing in their relationships. While respecting my clients' beliefs, I practice counseling from a Christian worldview and strive to integrate traditional counseling approaches with Christian spirituality.
Common problems that clients bring to me include relationship problems with their spouse or significant other, their children, child behavior problems, depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, addictions, and problems adjusting to changes in life. I work with families, individuals, adolescents, children, and couples. Clients are encouraged to establish SMART goals, i.e. Specific, Measurable. Attainable. Realistic. We work together to accomplish these goals. As a companion, I walk alongside my clients with the goal to achieve self-sufficiency as quickly as possible. It would be a privilege to help you achieve your goals.
