"The Bay Area Therapy Place is a private mental health center dedicated to providing therapy/counseling and support to teens, adults, couples, parents, and families. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery and our priority is to give you the tools to empower you to live the life you want to live. For your convenience, we have appointments mornings to evenings 7 days a week. We offer sessions in-office and online. We provide evidence-based therapy practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy among others.
