Our furnace died last Tuesday. The propane company that usually provides our service was booked and referred us to Gervais. Within 2 hours of getting in touch, one of their plumbers was at our house and it was clear we needed a new furnace. Ryan from Gervais was able to give us a price, complete with significant rebates and discounts and arrange for us to have the furnace installed Thursday AM. We hired Gervais to install two minisplits and for knob and tube electrical removal (will leave a separate review for electrical when they are finished). Britt came to our house to provide a quote for AC services and he was really awesome at helping us navigate our options for what we wanted to do within the house and informed us that Gervais provides financing too (bonus!). We decided to go with Gervais based on the quality experience we had with Britt and then Gus who walked around both floors of our two family house to give us an electrical quote and game plan. Gus and Tyler came to install our two minisplits in our tenants apartment. They did an outstanding job, we are incredibly happy that our tenant now has extra heating and cooling in her apartment. Gus and Tyler were on time, worked quickly, were very friendly, answered all of our questions, had solid solutions for any issues our house gave them (very old house), cleaned up after themselves and made the experience a really good one.
