I live in an apartment complex in San Mateo and had the common line backing up water into my bathroom sink. Carlos (G.) came out and cleared it away, no major issues, was respectful and friendly with me. A more timely response than two other companies I tried to call who still haven't gotten back to me even after it's been done, but Discount did take an hour longer to get here than initially scheduled. Which, traffic, sure. Still fair if I'm a little unhappy about it? Ended up costing a little cheaper than the same offer of service with the company I talked with previously, so that's a plus.

Awesome company from start to finish! I had a problem with my kitchen sink, and was hesitant to have someone come over, but I couldn't wait any longer. Sam made me feel totally comfortable coming to my house by wearing a mask, booties, gloves, the whole nine yards. He maintained his distance, but made sure that he explained everything clearly. He took care of clearing my kitchen sink and replacing my ptrap quickly and efficiently. The price was super affordable. I mentioned the $50 off I saw on google and he gave me the discount, no questions asked. I didn't even have to show him the website or anything. He gave me hand sanitizer every time we interacted and every time I touched the Ipad. Bottom line, Sam and Discount Plumbing was great! They have a new lifetime customer!
