Palm Harbor is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated community in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. As of the 2020 census, the CDP had a population of 61,366. == Culture == Palm Harbor is located 22 miles (35 km) north of downtown St. Petersburg and west of Tampa. It is a largely residential community with several concentrations of commerce.
