Dino Rokach, the owner and chef of Dino's, was born and raised Israel. Dino began working in his family's restaurant at the age of 11. He gained the experience and knowledge needed to run his own restaurant. He has also worked at restaurants that serve different cuisines to broaden his knowledge of food preparation. His dream has always been to open his own restaurant to share the delicious food of his family with the world. He is committed to providing delicious, healthy and fresh food to the Houston area!
