They were courteous, quick, did quality work at a reasonable price. They did an amazing job encapsulating my crawl space. I plan on using them again when we buy our new house. The owner was quick to respond to any and all questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. He was never pushy and actually encouraged me to get other quotes. We received multiple bids for our crawl encapsulation. We selected Joshua and the CrawlLogic team. When comparing the bid from CrawlLogic to others, the quality of materials and attention to detail was the decisive factor for us. After being very flexible with us rescheduling on them multiple times, they completed the encapsulation in a single day! The final product exceeded our expectations!
So Josh was awesome. When I first bought my house the previous owner was suppose to clean the mold under the house. I got 4 different quotes before deciding to use Josh. I picked him because he gave me the best value and did not try to up sale me on things I did not need to do. I have asthma and am highly allergic to mold. He gave me all the options and his recommendations. I have not had one problem with the house since then. I have had an electrician under my house since then he he state he has never seen an crawl space so clean and soft to craw on. I highly recommend Josh to everybody. He gets the job done. In a timely manner and for the best price. It has been almost 2 years since it was done and it still looks brand new. I would give him 10 stars 🌟 if I could.

Getting your crawlspace encapsulated can be a daunting process, however, from the very beginning Josh was very accommodating. After having three different contractors quote us, we were still very unsure who to go with. So I kept researching and came across Crawl Logic. I called Josh, and explained my situation, Josh offered to stop by and look at the crawlspace. After seeing it, he assured me the job was doable and was able to get his team onboard after giving them the day off. They came the next day, on time, and got right to work. They did such a fantastic job. Everyone that comes by the house and looks at our crawlspace compliments the work that was done and also came in at a good price. Which was a bonus. If your looking for a top notch encapsulation company Josh and his team are incredible. The product that they use is above and beyond better material than any other company that I got quotes from. There was absolutely no pushy sales pitch nor any additional up charges that weren’t needed. The entire team is extremely professional and they executed all the details perfectly. Lastly the cleanup was amazing and all the trash was hauled off, it was like they were never there. I’m a customer for life and will use them in the future for all my maintenance. Two years ago we contacted Joshua for a quote on fixing our crawl space. He was professional, honest and gave us a great quote - however, at the time, we decided not to move forward with it for various reasons. We contacted him just recently and he remembered us, and told us that he would honor the same quote he gave us two years ago, even though prices have gone up! We were beyond grateful and we knew we were in very good hands as his integrity shone through in that moment! His honesty in our crawl space issue and his knowledge really stand out. We completely trust we are in good hands with him for our crawl space issues!
Our kitchen tile floor was sagging, so we called a few companies to come out and see what the problem was. We found out we had a lot of moisture and humidity, so much moistness we had mushrooms growing on the floor framing and throughout the crawl space. We ultimately decided to go with Crawl Logics, Joshua Maynor the owner, was very knowledgeable on how to repair the problem, patient to answer any questions or concerns, and the total repair cost was better than other companies, plus he did not try to sell us a lot of fluff, he was very straightforward. Mr. Maynor laid out a step-by-step approach to fix the crawl space, Mold/fungus removal and treatment, fix the sagging floor with jacks, joist sistering, and support beams, then encapsulation with a dehumidifier. He also had his crew craft two new crawl space doors that would actually open and shut easily. Joshua and his CAN DO crew arrived timely and worked diligently to get the job done. We are VERY HAPPY with the result. Our kitchen floor feels more solid and sturdy than when we first bought the house. Mr. Maynor and his crew went ABOVE and beyond to fix our floor and crawl space problems. We would 150% recommend Crawl Logics. Thank YOU to Joshua Maynor and his awesome crew!
