To be honest I haven’t hired them for a job yet. My wife and I began renovating a home and the 2 most urgent and pricey jobs within our budget were plumbing and electrical rewiring. For that reason we had to hold off on encapsulation. But I really want to highlight their customer service! Mitch provided a speedy and thorough inspection of my crawl space and was very honest with his assessment. He was friendly and patient with me through my processing. Here’s the final kicker. He has an electrician that he often does jobs with. Knowing that electrical rewiring was my top priority, Mitch was willing to share his information with me. Those electricians did excellent work on my place and I never would have had their service if it wasn’t for Mitch willing to share his referral. He went over and beyond by demonstrating that helping people live in better homes is more important than the money. While I get that Encapsulation didn’t make money ( and it is important for a business to actually make money) from our encounter, or that I didn’t actually get crawl space service from them, that encounter was a huge help in my 1st home ownership experience. I feel like I can trust these guys and that’s really important.

I am very happy with the job that Encapsulations Down Under did in my crawl space. Mitch (owner) was honest and his estimate was competitive and there were no surprise charges after the job was done. He helped me feel confident with hiring him by answering all of my questions and was very professional in how he conducted business, which I very much appreciate. Mitch was very diligent about calling to let me know when he and his crew were arriving and kept me informed with the progress of the job. His crew was very polite and professional as well. I called Mitch for a estimate and the next day he came and did the estimate. I had called another company and it took them 3 weeks to come out and give a estimate. The other company was not going to do the same stuff Mitch and his crew were going to to for about the same price. Mitch and his crew are very knowledgeable and very respectful and very polite and professional. We were in the process of trying to do a cash out refinance and Mitch really worked with us. We had to change time lines a couple of times and Mitch was not mad at all when stuff got changed. Mitch and his crew do a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone that needs crawl space help or basement help. Mitch and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. Plus he is local.

I had no idea a crawlspace needed any special attention until a home inspection made me understand differently. When I found Mitch and his company, I found the best there is. Mitch took the time to explain what I needed and why. He went above and beyond to give me quality service and materials I can rely on for years to come and the most important, peace of mind that I don’t have to worry about any issues with my crawlspace. All for a very fair price. I have had plumbing and HVAC companies come do work for me and need access to the crawlspace. Both have complimented me on how nice it is to be in that space, and whoever did the work was exceptional.
